About Me

I’ve been in the beauty industry since 2008, and hair has been a huge part of my life ever since.

During my senior year of high school, I enrolled in beauty college and graduated the same week with both my high school diploma and my cosmetology license. I began my professional career in Bellevue, Washington, where I completed a one-year apprenticeship at Seven Salon. Working alongside senior stylists and continuing my education gave me a strong foundation in both the technical and creative sides of the industry before I began building my own clientele.

After seven years at Seven Salon in downtown Seattle, I felt ready for a new chapter. In 2014, I became self-employed and began renting my own space. I wanted to understand the business side of the beauty industry as well as the craft itself—and I’ve never looked back.

Over the years, I’ve developed a particular love for dimensional, natural-looking color. I’m a certified balayage specialist, and I especially enjoy creating soft highlights, lived-in color, and feminine, effortless looks that grow out beautifully.

My approach to hair is pretty simple: I’d rather work with what you have than fight against it.

I pay close attention to your natural growth pattern, texture, density, and parting because I believe those things can actually help guide the best haircut and color for you. Instead of creating a style that requires hours of maintenance and a cabinet full of products every morning, I want to find solutions that work with your real life.

My goal is to create hair that looks beautiful not just when you leave the salon, but on an ordinary Tuesday morning, too.

After many years in Seattle, I relocated to Poulsbo and joined the team at Nomel’s Salon & Barbershop, where I’ve been working for the past year. I’m currently building my clientele here and especially welcoming new color clients who are looking for natural, dimensional, low-maintenance color.

Outside of the salon, I’m a mom to two wonderful sons, and I also work in real estate. I love having a second creative and entrepreneurial outlet, and both careers have given me the opportunity to connect with people in very different ways.

After 17 years behind the chair, I still genuinely love what I do—and I’m excited to continue building my little corner of the beauty community here in Poulsbo.
